Appointments
Appointments may be made in person or by telephone. Physician referrals are required when dictated by your health insurance plan. Every effort will be made to schedule your appointment as quickly and conveniently as possible. The waiting time for new patients is usually less than two weeks. If you have an urgent problem, we will make every effort to accommodate you as soon as possible.
Please bring a list of any medications that you are currently taking with you to the appointment. If you are unable to keep your appointment, please notify us as soon as possible so that we may provide our services to another patient.
Allergy Injections
Allergy injections are given during normal office hours on a first-come, first-served basis. Please plan on remaining in the office for 30 minutes after receiving your allergy injection. Co-payments are expected at the time of the injection.
Telephone Procedures
Our telephone lines are open from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday, with a one hour break for lunch. It is our policy to return all calls in a timely and efficient manner. Urgent calls are given top priority.
All calls to our physicians are initially handled by our clinical staff. Please relate all information to our nursing staff so that they may respond quickly and efficiently.
After-hours & Emergencies
If you need to speak with a physician after normal business hours, our physician on-call is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Please call our number and our answering service will contact the physician on-call who will return your call promptly. Please remove any blocks to Caller ID or Call Intercept features of your telephone while you are waiting for the physician to contact you. Please note: prescription refills are not processed when the office is closed.
If you are experiencing a true medical emergency, please call 9-1-1 immediately. We will consult with your emergency room physician or primary care physician as necessary.
